Auto-Renewal Refund?

Hi there,

I recently sold my computer and have gone down to just using a tablet. I just received an email about my product being renewed and I checked to see that I have had $70 charged to my account. I then searched through my emails and found a warning email, but I had missed this…

I wanted to know if it is please possible to refund this product? I am completely broke and struggling to pay bills at the moment, this is really a big issue and just wondering if there is any way it can be reversed?

Good luck with that! they hit me with 2 auto renewals last year, promised to use the second one as an extension (2 years) then hit me with 2 this year again with one computer and they responded originally but now will not. hope you have better luck. good product but not worth double the cost. will be going away from Avast, don’t know who to go to.

Benny what is you ticket ID ?

2 auto-renewals sounds like you have (or had) two licenses (either for the av or different avast tools)
Did you ever disabled the auto-renewal ?
