I had two Avast accounts and neither are supposed to be on auto-renewal, but I had one charge me on Saturday evening (November 24th, 2018). I requested for a refund immediately because I don’t use that account anymore! I still have not heard back from anyone about the refund? I have always turned off auto-renewal on everything and just dont know why it changed. I just want my money back since I cant use it!

I will continue to wait for a response. I just already have one thats active for 2 computers that I did in april for 2 years. Just kind of annoying that it changed to auto renewal on my old account. :-\
