Auto Update failure over the weekend

Hi All,

I got a bunch of these errors over the last 12 hours or so:

Function setifaceUpdatePackages() has failed. Return code is 0x20000004, dwRes is 20000004.

Last update (781-1) yesterday morning was OK.

Being a weekend, nothing has changed.

Any ideas?

Whilst I’m using the home version I did a manual update and as it was checking for updates I got some 301 error flashed up in the update dialogue box. Just tried it again and was able to connect (no errors) and it reported I have the latest VPS version.

So ss far as I’m aware (and the above) 000781-1 is the latest VPS version it is the one on mine, but the avast.com index page hasn’t yet been updated and is showing 000481-0 as the latest.
