I’m not sure if this is a issue or not, but my VPS auto update download window says i’m current 0450-0 But “about avast” shows VPS 0449-1 not 0450-0… Any ideas?
I downloaded the VPS file and installed still saying i’m up to date with 449-1
Reboot and see if the problem is solved or not.
No it doesn’t change… Auto updates is seeing the new VPS version but it’s not showing up in “about avast”?

I ran Ad-Aware SE and SypBot all negative…
I know i should update to XP but my CPU is to slow. Planning an upgrade after the holidays.

You could try a repair, add remove programs > avast! anti-virus > Change/Remove button, scroll down to the Repair option and click on Next and follow. You will need to be on line at the time.
