J’ai trouvé autoclk.exe considéré comme un spyware par Avast. Or il semble que ce n’en soit pas un et qu’il soit installé avec le Driver du modem Sagem Fast-800.
Quelqu’un pourrait-il me renseigner.?

I find autoclk.exe with Avast and it’s consider as a spyware. But I think that’s not and it’ a driver for modem Sagem Fast-800 which has installed it.
Please help me and give more informations about.

Thanks

What is the exact location of the file? This file can be part of a legitimate application but the name is also use by malware.

Thank’s for your response, I’am French and I don’ speak very well English, so sorry.
This “virus” is in folder “Windows”. I’m sure that’ the Sagem’s driver has installed it.
I scanned with Norton and it says nothing. So it’s surrenly a false alert. In fact Avast antivirus is a free program and new, so terre are certainly necessary upgrades and ameliorations. But I don’t know how talk with Avast development’s team.

See you

- It depends on the version of Avast if it is free or not. - New? No way, it excist already 16 years and has proven to be very reliable.

Yes somtimes Avast gives a false positive, but so does any other av software.

But I don't know how talk with Avast development's team.
If you had looked at their website you would have found several email address, their "home" address and you can ofcourse find them here on this board ;)

Normal procedure to do with a (suspected) false positive is puting it in a password protected file and send it to virus@avast.com. Mention of course in the mail why you think it is a false postive and don’t forget to tell the password ofcourse. They will have a look at it and if needed they will change the vps accordingly.
