edit: I’ve got an answer from my bank and they told,me what to do

Hello,
I was charged today 60$ from DRI out of the blue. I tried to refund through the website, but I don’t have an order ID. I don’t even have an account on avast, so I don’t have an order ID to even start the refund.
I’m sorry to be the 1000th to ask, but what can I do? Can someone help?
