How can i tell Avast to delete infected e-mails automatically, in stead of manual delete every infected email??

Use Silent Mode with answer NO. This will automatically remove infected attachement from email and put it into Chest so you can restore it if there is false positive which is very rare)
For better configuration you have to get the Pro version.
There you will be able to configure any sequence of action to be taken automatically when a virus is found:
repair move to chest delete…
