Automatic renewal cancellation after uninstalling the product

I uninstalled my Avast because of mouse lag problems. I had automatic renewal and have been trying for days to cancel it but can find nothing to allow me to do this. Technical support refused to speak with me about it and would only send me to this site. I keep trying to get to billing information without success. What do I do now?
