It’s been nearly 12 days now and no response to the ticket (#187048). Thankfully the automatic subscription went through, so that sorted it self out. But I still need to be able to change my email address and I need to update my new bank details as the card that avast just used was cancelled a week later.
I just changed the email address on your account but it is not possible to do so in the order portal, so you would still be unable to change the card details.
