Automatic renewal is sent to old email

I have just noticed that I have been charged for an automatic renewal but the date has not changed in settings.

The problem is that since last renewal, I have legally changed my name and my email address. My old address no longer exists.

Can someone please tell me how I go about receiving the new license email or who I can contact in australia?

With submitting a Ticket, supply your old - and new email address.
And also your Customer number, that you can find here :

Avast - Settings - General - Subscription - Customer number.

Than if you post your Ticked ID here, we can try to speed things up for you.

It’s been nearly 12 days now and no response to the ticket (#187048). Thankfully the automatic subscription went through, so that sorted it self out. But I still need to be able to change my email address and I need to update my new bank details as the card that avast just used was cancelled a week later.

Sorry about the delay.

I just changed the email address on your account but it is not possible to do so in the order portal, so you would still be unable to change the card details.
I’ll send you an updated license by email.
