Hi, I was wondering if this Auto Patcher would Interfear with Sp2 “If it’s already Installed”? Would it just overright the patches? :-\
Autopatcher is basically a full collection of all MS updates since SP2 was released and is usefull if you need to do a fresh install of windows. However, if you have a slip streamed SP2 then I would recommend RYANS integrator found here http://www.ryanvm.net/msfn/ where you can integrate all the fixes into your xp disc and they then become an integral part of the main disc. I have done that with my streamed disc and reinstalled windows a few weeks ago with no problems I was fully up to date when the install finished. I like it .

Autopatcher has very good features.
If you’re not used to it I recommend you just install the patches and update.
Do not tweak your Windows installation (last two or three groups of settings) if you don’t know what you’re doing…

Tech: What will happen IF you have Sp2 and all the updates Installed? Will it crash or… over right the ALREADY Installed Updates?
No, it won’t mess your Windows Installation UNLESS you try to tweak it and don’t know what you’re choosing.
The patches if already exist are marked in blue if I’m not wrong. If you try to install them again it will work, no problems.
You don’t need to choose them again but if you choose, it won’t hurt your computer.
I suggest skip the blue patches
Oh, you need to use the same Language (probably English) in both Windows and Autopatcher
