Lets see if windows can determine the problem
- Click Start, and then click Help and Support.
- Under Pick a task, click the link to Use Tools to view your computer information and diagnose problems, and then click Network Diagnostics in the list on the left.
- Click Scan your system. The Network Diagnostics tool collects configuration information and performs automated troubleshooting of the network connection.
- When the process is complete, look for any items that are marked “FAILED” in red.
