Just after the installation of Avast Free Antivirus 17.1.2286 on Windows Vista Home Premium SP2, and the computer restart, Avast Free Virus is unable to run.
I receive a black screen with the error is: “UI Failed to load. This is really embarrasing. AV service is not responding.”
Before de update, Avast Free Antivirus was running percfectly every dayu.

Plase, any idea?

The UI loads in 5-6 seconds! Inconsistent color scheme (the white and purple looks horrible). The settings window to big ! Too bad avast focus moore on avg ! Very ugly UI ! A major downgrade ! I would have done a better job in paint ! I will uninstall Avast in favour of AVG !

its wrong to take that away.

I talking about stuff that caused real curiosity. so much so pertaining to web a account activity that it served as source for investigatory reference material.

seems the big boys are making assumptions and walking rough shod over consumer feeling of need for equal control and access to and of any source of concern naturally arising in the climate pertaining to harm from ‘Sponsored’ attacks and social engineering.

You seem to exude smugness however - I’ve seen the ‘type’ before and it cannot be a good thing as bound to yield a monopoly and inequitable mode of ‘being at large’ in the individual persons tech employment market…
