Avast 18.3.2333 not showing option for firewall management

There is no option present for firewall management. How do I create Rules for different Application? Snapshot is attached.

Repair Avast:

  1. Control Panel → Add/Remove programs → Avast
  2. Click on ‘Repair’.
  3. Follow instructions.
  4. Reboot.

Done already but no effect

  • Other security related software installed…?
  • Which AV(s) did you use before Avast…?

OS - Windows 10 Pro 32bit (10.0, Build 16299)
No other security related software installed.
Using only Avast.

  1. Download Avast Premier Antivirus: https://files.avast.com/iavs9x/avast_premier_antivirus_setup_offline.exe
  2. Follow instructions: https://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility (Run this tool for all prior installed Avast versions…!!)
  3. Reinstall Avast with the downloaded installer from point 1.
  4. Reboot.

Have downloaded the same file 4 days ago, but from this link

Now I am fed up with all this, tried every suggestion but problem is still there. >:( >:(
