avast 2014 firewall problem?

i installed avast internet security 2014 9.0.2008 few days ago and every thing seem working fine. But since i disabled protect for 10 minutes and when protection is auto enable. i cant access internet, i detect that it’s cause of firewall. now i must disable firewall permanently . any solution? sorry for my bad english

I have the same problem. Go to Control Panel-Network and Internet-Network and Sharing Center-click on Change adapter settings in the left pane. You should see a list of network adapters. Right click on Properties. You’ll see Avast Firewall (I don’t remember the exactly name), uncheck and you’re ready. This hepls me. I’m with Windows 7. Good luck

This does the same as what the OP already did: disable the Avast firewall.

You can remove the firewall by using the change installation function (programs & features → avast → change/remove) (see). Be sure to enable another firewall though! Per example the Windows built in firewall or Comodo personal firewall.

did you use another AV before installing avast? ..... or is this just a upgrade from a older avast version?
