Avast 2014 Free Version Web Rep not working with Firefox

I have downloaded the free Version Of Avast 2014 and Web Rep is not working with my browser which is Firefox. I don’t see the green indicator in the URL bar nor does it show any indicators next to any of my searches that come up when I Google something. I am running Windows 8.1. What do I need to do to enable this function? Thank you for your help.

You can’t see the little green circle which on my screen is left of ABP which is red?

It might show up in your Firefox Extensions. AOS.

I checked my Fire Fox extensions and enabled it there and now its working. Thank you so much for your help Midnight!
