Avast 2014 IS, Windows 8.1 Pro and WP8 emulator issue

No matter what I can’t get WP8 emulator internet connection to work if I keep firewall enabled. Firewall is set to allow all connection for Xde.exe. I’ve also tried unticking this:

but that doesn’t help either.

I’m not certain but I think it worked a while but suddenly it just doesn’t.

EDIT:
Huh… Ticking Internet Connection Sharing mode seems to fix this. Kinda makes sense, considering how Hyper-V network stuff works…
