Since I am a developer- and constantly using EXE’s that are “unknown” Avast hates them… In old versions I turned off deepscan easily- however I can’t find an option in this 2015 update.
So, How do I turn off deepscan in 2015?
Open the GUI go to settings > general
Disable deepscreen
Enable hardened mode > aggressive. This will give you the opportunity to add the file as an exclusion as soon as hardened mode popup appears
