As a much older type of computer technician and very old time electronics technician, I tend to dislike add-on softwares of mostly ALL kinds. I especially dislike these add-on softwares just was I was about to praise AVAST, as I have been using it now for nearly 10 years. Maybe the problem was my lack of good vision, or maybe it wasn’t. I will ONLY now say, you missed out on some GREAT praising. And that is a very real shame. Oh by the way, the DropBox installation failed for some reason for which I really do not care and would rather it not happen again.
There is now and always had been an opt-out box during the install.
It should be on either the first or second screen.
