Avast 2017 causes 0xc00000e5 error to others applications

Hello,

After installing Avast 2017 for Windows 10 x64 (one time update and one time new install), all others applications does not start:

The application was unable to start correctly (0xc00000e5)

Others applications like Word, Excel, Adobe Suite, VLC, Chrome, OneDrive, Google Drive… And I was unable to uninstall Avast, I had to restart in Safe Mode to uninstall it.

Once Avast uninstalled, all applications works fine.
