avast 4.5 and multiple ports

Hi Can I use avast 4.5 to scan more than one smtp port at a time and if so can anybody advise me on how to do it?

Can we then do something like setting

SmtpRedirectPort=25,465
ImapRedirectPort=143,993

to scan mail sent and received over SSL connections?

Secondly can I give a port number on which some other service is already running (for example yahoopops?)

Yes, this is a valid configuration.

Sorry, avast does not work with SSL connecetions.

You can try. Probably you won’t have a conflict and avast will scan all traffic at that specific port. If you have a conflict, well, just remove the added port number on the avast4.ini file.
