We bought 7 licences for avast pro and they expired yesterday.
We have to buy it again or there is a special price to reneawall all the 7 licences bought one year ago?
Can you give us the link if we can benefit from special renewall prices?

There should be a renewal discount, where did you purchase them, if via Share*it there should be a discount although I haven’t see a direct link.
Perhaps an email to sales @ avast.com or Share*it if purchased through them.
We purchased directly from Share*it.
We will sent them an email about this question.

Some time ago I checked out the renewal links for a friend and I found no direct link, I think that they emailed Share*it and got a link from them.

We apreciated your help and kindness regarding this matter.
Now we are sure that avast services sent us a mail with the instructions for renewal, the problem is that we have changed our e-mail and we didn´t get it.
We made also the mistake to send a mail to support@avast.com, in 17 Fev. 2006, asking instructions about renewal all the licences. Till now we did´’t get any response, but avast support services are right, this “problem” should have been sent to sales services and not to support (we are very green on this matters).
We sent today a mail to sales service to ask about the steps (link) to get the renewal of the expired licences.
