I cannot get the program to load past the memory test screen, I need to add an exclusion for the scanner, has anyone had this issue

I have seen this, what I do is just bypass the application, I navigate to the “simple interface”. I dont go through the task bar or start menu…I navigate via file path.

C:\Program Files\Alwil Software\Avast4\aswSimp2.exe

When you access the application (4.8) I go directly to the Simple interface, Input the password and add the exceptions directly on the host/client

Hope this helps…In your console 4.8 ADNM, you have it set so that the interface is not accessable via the A/V client . That is why it does a scan and closes, if you change the setting in the default resident scanner, those change happen to all machines globally
