Avast 4.8 with Zone Alarm 9.0136

Hi guys,

Have just been researching the forum about the above, and due to the many problems associated with using the 2 I have decided not to install Zone Alarm. I was able to get a free full version of the ZA and was thinking about setting it up.

It’s good thing we have the forum to use before people like me get into a whole mess of problems!

We suggest other freeware firewalls, but, of course, it’s a matter of taste.

Hi,

I use ZoneAlarm Pro 9.0.114.000 with Avast Pro 4.8.1356. They work perfectly fine together on my Window$ XP SP3 system.

In addition I can personally recommend MBAM 1.41 also as a resident anti-malware.
