Installed the avast! 4 PDA Edition - PocketPC 2006/Windows Mobile 6, ARM/Intel processor edition to my Samsung SGH-i617 everything went smoothly, yet when i try to run avast it shows the splash screen and freezes at that spot. It says “You are using the DEMO version, your license key will expire in XX days.” So i hit OK and its stuck on the AVAST! copyright screen with the link to www.avast.com. Thats as far as it gets i have to goto task manager to stop it so it wont run in the background.

Any ideas? ;D ;D ;D Theres a 6 pack for the winning solution!!! ;D ;D ;D

:stuck_out_tongue: And yes for all you “do you know what your doing” people it IS Windows mobile 6 and its currently updated. :stuck_out_tongue:

This could be one of those go to a previous version type deals but i’d rather be sure b 4 i jacked up my new phone ::slight_smile:

Can’t you add your registry key? Click ‘options’.
Mine is working… ::slight_smile:

Thats the problem i guess that screen freezes and cant select anything it just sits there

I have the same problem on a Palm Treo 750 . I can install or uninstall but I do not see the botton line with the click for setting and I have purchased the license for twi years !!!
