J’ai une clé pour un premier téléchargement valable 2 ans mais je change de pc. J’ai voulu retélécharger AVAST mais mon ancienne clé ne fonctionne pas avec le téléchargement sur mon nouvel ordinateur.
Comment faire pour pouvoir “transférer” la protection de mon ancien à mon nouveau pc?
(l’ancienne machine ne sera plus utilisée mais je n’ai pas conservé les fichiers de téléchargement)

I’ have a key for a first valid remote loading 2 years but I change PC. J’ wanted retélécharger AVAST but my old key does not function with the remote loading on my new computer. How to make to be able " transférer" the protection of my old to my new PC? (l’ old machine will not be used any more but I n’ did not preserve the files of remote loading)

Hello… When I start the key on my new pc I loocking “invald key” (in french…lol) on the screen.
If I unistall Avast on my old pc what is changing? old files are on my old pc and new files are on my new pc…
If the new computer has Internet connection, maybe the key is checked to know if it is already used, and then blocked ???
