AVAST 4 to AVAST 5

Hello,

I purchased months ago a license for Avast Pro 4 and now when I want to convert that to Avast 5 I go to this page:
http://www.avast.com/resend-license.php

And once I fill the form it redirects me to a white page without result.

What is happening?

Which browser are you using?
I found any problems converting mine… Received a new one by email.

avast! 4 Professional Edition, 1 year [#192878]

Do you still have your original email with the license number, if so then this is what you need to do - avast! 5 Pro license convert from 4.8 Pro license. Try http://www.avast.com/resend-license.php now, fill in the form giving your email and 4.8 Pro License key and they will send the new license file to you (presumably it will check you have a legit 4.8 Pro license first).

White page…! I’m worried about this. I sent a ticket about 3 days ago at Avast! and I don’t receive response!

What is happening in avast staff team? There is any working ?

I don’t know why some people are having problems, I have been able to connect every time I tried it. However, I use OpenDNS for my DNS server so I don’t know if the problems some are experiencing are DNS related.

Try this link http://174.123.201.114/resend-license.php, this has the IP address so it should bypass any DNS server trying to find the IP address.

Do your or your ISP use an anti-spam filter as that could be blocking any response, this has happened for some in regard to the receipt of their license email.
