Avast! 4x home has says Sing of “Win42:Trojan-gen. {VC}” has been found so I have a question how do I remove it from my system?

What did you do when the warning was displayed? Move to chest, Delete, what action did you choose?

And I am using Microsoft Windows XP Professional Edition.
So how do I remove all of these?
As you can see by looking at the location they are TEMPORARY INTERNET files. Just delete them and be more carefull about what websites you visit.
