I’ve tried to send a few undetected malware using the virus chest but so far i’m not having any luck 
After repairing the Avast instalation the problem persists, does anybody else having this problem?
I am not too sure, but I think that my submissions may not be sent…
I can still see the files prepared for sending in the C:\ProgramData\Alwil Software\Avast5\spool\suspic folder…
How do you know the samples were not sent?
they won’t be sent before the next update, that’s a normal and expected behavior.
When i do send a virus by the chest i just press after that the virus database update and its say in the download that its send the virus report on avast!..
Mine’s used to do the same wend i was using the beta versions of Avast but since updating to the 5.0.377 build it doesn’t work any more
my point was that I can’t tell…It doesn’t show the sending of the file when you update…
