Where exactly did it crash? I see you were manipulating licence file, is that correct? Did it happen when you tried to insert the licence file? Thanks.

I’m not sure, but yes; i was on this screen to check the Arabic language texts…

When you open the license file window, the two icons above will change its positions; check the photo

Same thing when you try to open any window over the main window …

  • opposite arrows: you’re right, it will be fixed
  • crash: could you please try to insert your license file into avast again and see if gui crashes? I wasn’t able to simulate it here, I tried to create some folders with arabic text, but still nothing; our gui programmer thinks there might be a problem between arabic+english texts in “Insert license file” dialog…

I don’t have a license file in this computer, i have a ( Pro License in another computer ) …

but i think it crashed when i check ( License file ) window, now i’m trying to open it and it works without problem, i will report if it crashes again …
