Avast 5.0 status does not appear in Avast WHS console tab.

Hi guys,

Great work on version 5, I especially love the new look.I have updated one of my PC’s to version 5, but noticed that it was not showing in the list from within the WHS console. The windows home server is running 4.8.257.

Is this a bug, or has this been specifically left out for a reason?

Not sure of exactly why but it seems like Avast WHS Edition is looking for something with 4 as the version number and cannot detect the new version. It’s probably an issue of Avast issuing an update to the code for Avast WHS Edition so it can recognize the new AV version just released. Hopefully, they’ll get to that soon.

Same here and hopeffully they will offer again the same kind of deal of price for the new version for the 5.0 version on the PC side and I have 6 PC running in my house and it is growing, becaue of that 3 years ago I bought their pack of 10 licenses for 99 dollars including home server if I remember correctly and it it was great deal and I hope they will offer same monitoring feature for us again for each PC.
