Has anyone got any experience with running Avast 5 together with Threatfire? 32bit or 64bit?

I’m running Avast 5 free and Threatfire on my Win 7 pro 64 bit box and have no problems that I can see. Windows Defender is also running and I also have Winpatrol. Everything seems to get a long fine.
