Is there any way to save configuration of avast! 5 ?

I don’t think so avast have this feature yet, because as i know so far there is no other brand of AV have this too.
no, not atm…although you could manually backup a few ini files and restore them back on a new install (disable self defense module first, before restoring, and turn it back on when you’re done ;D )
Yes i know that avast! 5 don’t have such option as feature, but I’ am interesting which files I must backup to back them on a new install?
I said it: ini files. They’re in the Alwill folder in all users and/or program data…do that at your own risk

You were given a reasonable suggestion in the face of having no configuration backup in avast 5.0. Not only avast5.ini there are a number of other ini files in avast 5 as each shield seems to have its own associated .ini file.
