Avast 5 installed over 350 computers since February without problems

Just to let you know that since we have started using Avast Version 5 I have neved had a problem installing Avast. I remember only a problem in my sister’s computer but it was easly resolved installing a new service pack.

Yesterday I installed Avast 5.0 in the computer of my best friend and I started to count the computers where I installed Avast since February and my friend’s computer was the 350 without problems.

I guess if we all uninstall the previous antivirus propperly at least using revo uninstaller, and if you have your computer up to date with Microsoft updates and remove traces with Ccleaner everything will be always right to install Avast 5.0

If I’ve been lucky, I don’t know, I just wanted to let you know that 350 times that I have installed Avast 5 in a computer I’ve never had a problem.

Me actually 4 pcs and all work good. avast! has save both of them. ;D

ive used the free version on dozens without more than maybe a couple issues, i have avast is 5 on 12 systems and really only had a issue with one of them

I have installed the free version on about 50 - 60 systems ( I lost count ;D ) and despite a few problems with the earlier releases, there where none recently :slight_smile:

Same here, I’ve never had a problem with any of the computers I installed avast on. A few questions, but that’s it.
