Avast! 5 Pro Services?

Hey,

I just want to ask, what services/processes/programs/etc does Avast 5! Pro run while ALL SHIELDS ARE DISABLED? I’m just asking this in relation to another question I asked here - in which I got no answer to my problem —> http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=57244.15

I ask this because the problem described in the above post continues while all shields are disabled.

Any help is appreciated!

well, if vlk can’t help u on this, how could we…? he knows much better bout avast than we do.
and if u want 2 know, how it looks if all shields r disabled, just test it. thers’s an option 4 that.

Asyn: Sorry if my question wasn’t really clear. I want to find out all of the “hidden” stuff avast! runs that is not included with any shields. Because if my described problem is happening when all shields are disabled then it must have something to do with the avast core service maybe?

I don’t know why this is continuously happening :-\

if want some experiment then do it in your own risk :smiley:

but why you choose disable as first option?

you can run task manager to see what is running there

or you can do this

1 open dos command

2 type tasklist/svc at the end of C:user\username>

have fun with your com ;D ;D ;D ;D
