hi, i just upgraded from 4.8 (which i got on with very well) and when trying to register the window becomes unresponsive the moment i click on it. this happens no mattr where i click on the window.
if i try to open another window it wont let me, it comes up with the icon but no window.
any ideas?

uninstall again completely, and reinstall V5 from scratch 
that didnt work. oddly enough though, after rebooting 3 times it suddenly decides to work.

gotta say i’m quite liking the new UI
I have been running Avast 5.0.396 FREE since it came out on Windows 7 X 64 with Office 2010 Beta and haven’t had one issue. It is working like a champ, updates a couple times a day with no issues. I love it.
