Avast 6.0.1203 does not allow my downloads !!

Hey Guys,
Please excuse me, my english may not be perfect, I’ll try to do my best.

I’ve installed Avast!6.0.1203 yesterday and tody I tried to download a file from internet and the little window where you can select “open” “save” “quit” does not open ( it stays white ).

Can you help me to allow those downloads again ? Once and for all ?

What operating system are you using? and did you have another antivirus on the computer before avast?
