Hi,
Avast 6 is not registered on Juniper VPN. I couldn’t able to login to VPN with my Avast 6
No one from Avast responding to the ticket raised to Avast. This is the poorest service for the paid customers by Avast.
Can anyone help in this regard?

No idea what “is not registered on Juniper VPN” means. You’d be better of asking whomever manages your VPN appliance.
While trying to connect to remote machine thru Juniper VPN, the VPN connectivity will validate the anti virus installed on the machine from which you are trying to access. So the anti virus version must be compatible with the list in Juniper. As Avast 6.0 is not permitted version on Juniper.
Well, then obviously you need to contact the guys who manage Juniper. Nothing we could solve here, at all.
If any customer of Juniper does not request to add it, you’ll never see this version to their supported product list.
Do not expect Avast intervention in this regard.
You can follow the list of products supported by Juniper via this URL:

Thanks for the heads up. If other Avast users are using Juniper VPN and read this thread they will know not to upgrade to avast! 6.x until Juniper adds it to its list of recognized AV programs.
Or… They could contact Jupiter to ask for it to be added, so the users can use the latest version. After all, it’s been already about 8 months of Avast 6.x.
