Okay. Today when I checked in the Real-Time Shields, there were none to choose except for the Behavior Shield.
Is this a new avast! 6.0 bug or something else?

You’ll have to be more specific. Have you upgraded from 4.8 or 5.1 or clean install? Did you use default settings or custom? What shields were you using before in case if you performed an upgrade from the old version?
Sorry. I’ve upgraded from Version 5.1.
My settings were custom.
All shields were being used except for P2P and IM.
Those are my answers. Also, I notice if I view the Statistics, I can find the other shields,
But I can’t see them in real time.
And then… no answer?
I am not seeing mail shield, IM shield, network shield.
Running latest version and upgraded from 5 to 6 automatically.
There’s only 2 shields left. Behavioral- and Webshield only. Cannot see the others anymore.
You should try to repair avast!
Or if that don’t work, uninstall the software and install the latest version.
If you mean that they are not active, then you can start them with the “start” button on each shield tab in the main GUI, or using the tray icon.
If you mean that you can’t see them even listed in the main GUI of Avast, then you can run the installer in “custom” installation and select the shields you want.
In case this doesn’t work,
1_ download the clean uninstall tool;
2_ download the latest stable version of the edition of Avast that you need/want;
3_ reboot into Windows Safe mode and run the clean uninstaller for all your versions of Avast that were installed in the past;
4_ reboot into Windows Normal mode and use the latest stable installer.
Using the custom installation you can double check that all the shields are being installed.
5_ finally reboot and check if the shields are there as you want.
I think the repair might have fixed it. After repair and a reboot all shields are now visible again. Thnx
