Avast 7 free unable to register

When i try to register i click continue and nothing happens.
After a bit of googling i see other people have had this problem
for quite a while.
Is this some sort of permanent error?

Try repairing then reboot and see if your able to register then, if you have any third party firewall installed make sure you have excluded each from one another.

Thanks for your reply.I tried repair,and still the same.
So i uninstalled and ran avast clear and then downloaded
Avast free from avast website and still the same,click on
continue to register and nothing happens.

This is more likely to be a problem with the registration server/s, you could try the off-line method.

Yeah tried that and it said try again later.

I guess the issue with the UI registration is pushing more on to the off-line registration. Though no rush having just done a clean reinstalled you should have 30 days to go before you need to register ?

Problem fixed,managed to get it registered offline.
