Avast 7 No longer respect Webrep preferences

I posted this problem that I found in the 1st/2nd Avast 7 beta, but now it is coming back.

I am using the new Avast 7 browser plugin excursively for the phishing filter so I have “Enable WebRep” option unchecked. In last Avast 7 beta, I didn’t have any problems with it, with Webrep ratings not showing up in any of my searches b/c of the “enable webrep” option off but now Avast 7 final is not respecting my preferences.

Seeing it in all three browsers, IE, Firefox, and Chrome

I finally was able to register via email (it took a while to get to inbox, so I was able to do it immediately), and now Avast is respecting my webrep settings. Looks like Avast needs to be registered for the preference to work.
