I’ve installed Avast 7(free version) on Windows 8 pro 64bit.
I can’t use Network Shield.
I tried re-install Avast 7.
Is there anyone who can’t use Network Shield on Windows 8?
and also I can’t use ‘Windows Defender’, too.
I don’t know why only Network shield can’t be used by Avast 7 on Windows 8.
Others Real-time shields working fine. but only network shield is not.
I really want to use full protection.
Please comment my Question.

are you using the latest version of avast 7.0.1474?
the avast programmer is investigation some trouble with avast and windows 8 I’m not sure if this is one of them.

Yes, I already use a latest version that 7.0.1474.
and I had tried reinstall, too. but it still not working. 
When I use it on Windows 7, there were no problem with it.
but, windows 8… it’s not.
I think that it crashed with something that windows 8 firewall or other security options.
That’s probably a bug, please keep NS disabled and wait for a fix.
I did slove this problem.
It cuased by windows defender.
It crashed with windows defenfer that network protection.
I clound’t use both Avast network shields and Windows Defender.
so, I did delete all files and reg keys. and re-installed it. (I’m not use windows defender.)
Now, All shields are woriking fine.
I think that is a bugs. It will be fixed or be patched.
In W8 Defender should always be turned off when using a 3rd party AV (like avast!), as WD is a full AV in W8.
Wndows 8 defender was turned off.
and I couldn’t use Windows Defender when Avast 7 was installed.
Only Avast 7 was turned on without network shield.
I didn’t know that W8 defender is able to full protection with smartscreen.
Because When I used a W7, I could use both Wondows 7 defender and Avast.
Well, now you know. 
On W8 Defender is like MSE.
