I would like to know have avast 7 removal ability been improve or are they same as version 6?
Here is one way to improve removal ability of avast (if not implement yet)
Have Filerep to automatically monitor installation of each unknown program (what the file install and what the file writes to the registry)
That way if an unknown file is indeed a malware, avast could easily remove that particular file as it already monitor the changes done to the system. Is it possible to do it?
I don’t know the answers to your questions, but you are coming to the party a little late in the day for new features/suggestions.
The 23rd has been mentioned as a release of avast7, but personally I think that optimistic with the beta still meant to have another refresh. I don’t know who authorised the date, marketing or someone not directly involved in the development and beta trial.
I know. Was thinking about future updates to avast. Maybe 7.1 perhaps ;D

No I don’t mean that at all, all timings would be based on European time and could be 00:01 - 23:59 on the 23rd, if it even makes that deadline (I hate deadlines), push it out the door to soon with possible user problems or miss the deadline, which also gets people uptight.
Just wait it will come soon enough.
