Avast 7 shuts down my PC unexpectedly

Avast Free Antivirus / Premium Security

Desktop PC with Windows XP Pro. sp3 32b
and Malwarebytes free version
and Returnil System Safe 2012 free version (only virtualization in use, antirivus disabled)
Avast free version 7

Problem
1.Computer shuts down and starts unexpectedly.
2.Computer starts automatically when I shut it down.

How to solve this problem, PLEASE?

I think you’ll have to remove Returnil, even with the AV part disabled there may still be low level drivers causing conflict, a safe program to run with Avast is Malwarebytes free or Pro.
