Avast 7 WEB Shield how to make an exception for Digimerge DVR remote viewing?

Hi,

I’m using Avast Free 7 and I’m experiencing problems accessing my DVR system remotely. I use IE 9 and Windows 7 Ultimate. For now it’s only working when I disable the WEB shield!

I’m wondering if it’s the url that’s been blocked or the ActiveX plugin that I’m trying to run…

I added exclusions to the shield with no success so far. Please help!
