Avast 7 Webrep settings not working

Hi,

I would like to make use of the anti-phishing feature but not the webrep ratings itself (I use WOT)

So I installed Webrep on my FF 10.0.2 and ticked “suppress Webrep tooltip results”.

I went to Google did a search and notice the Webrep ratings are still there.

I reinstalled the Webrep add-on and I’m still seeing the same results.

Am I understanding this feature incorrectly?

did a bit of testing and found out that ‘suppress webrep tooltip’ only prevents the ‘rating categories’ from poping up when u hover ur cursor over the webrep icons next to ur searches :slight_smile:

Thanks for getting back to me, I see what you mean.

That’s a pity, I was hoping it would hide the actual Icons! Maybe I’ll put it in as a feature request.

I really want the Toolbar Icon and anti-phishing but not the icons next to all results.
