Avast 8 free and hidden non plug & play drivers ?

Hi there,

In Avast 7 we got some hidden non plug & play drivers and i wonder which ones are still part of Avast 8 ?:

  • aswMon2 ==> not launched on my PC’s
  • aswRdr
  • aswRdrt
  • aswSP
  • aswVmm
  • avast! Asynchronous virus Monitor (Aavmker4) ==> not launched on my PC’s
  • avast! Network Shield Support

Thanks in advance to tell me, and if we can uninstall those which are no more part of Avast 8

If though why some are launched on startup ?

sorry if my answer has confused you :slight_smile: I meant that they all belong to Avast and must not be stopped.

I know they are from Avast, but what i want to know is if in the list i mentionned all are still needed in Avast 8 ;D (as i get 2 which are not launched on startup and neither mentionned as running services …)

Should it be possible to get an official answer from Avast team guy ? :wink:
