I installed free Avast 8 on a Windows 7 system and before you ask yes I have sound, I have played some windows sounds, I am unable to locate any wav files in the Avast directory, I am pretty sure I am just overlooking something simple.

I have used Avast for about 5 to10 years, but since my issue did not seem worthy of addressing I have uninstalled it and installed another antivirus.
