Action Center says: Avast internet security is turned off.

Repair avast!:

  1. Control Panel → Add/Remove programs → avast!
  2. Click on ‘Repair’.
  3. Follow instructions.
  4. Reboot.

Have you tried disabling the windows firewall via the services panel and then rebooting?
