Hello members of this forum. I am new here so please help me out. I have just restarted my computer from having to get Windows Updates. After it restarted, the Action Center showed that AVAST database is out of date. I have tried updating both the program and the database.

Can you guys tell me any ways to fix this? Thank you. 
I will try the following first:
Restarting
Running sfc /scannow
Try an Avast repair and reboot, click to uninstall Avast then choose repair on the following screen.
This is a well known bug in Windows that has been there since Windows XP.
If it is the Bug that Eddy is referring to then right clicking on the avast ball in the taskbar and disabling the shields for a few minutes and re-enabling should cure the notice, if not proceed with a repair.
I have just started up my computer after shutting it down and it seems that it is fixed. I may have created this thread too early. Thank you guys for trying to help though,
