Avast Alert history

I’m using Avast free v. 11.1.2241 on Windows 7 Home Premium x64. I had an Avast pop-up alert that I clicked through that indicated something about a file I had downloaded, I was dealing with something else and planned to investigate later. However, I cannot find a record of this alert. I don’t know where to find the logs or pop-up history. Going to Scan and Scan history doesn’t seem to list anything about the results of the real-time protection, only the results of manually initiated scans. I assume I’m simply missing something, any suggestions on where I can find this info?

If you haven’t rebooted or had another avast popup since then - right click the avast tray icon and select ‘Show last popup message.’

If it is greyed as in my image then it isn’t available.

You could also check the avast Virus Chest as depending on what shield did the detection it may well have been sent to the virus chest.

Where the log files are is explained on the avast website, in many threads on this webboard and a lot of other places.
